VIP Admission from 9am – 10am
Vehicle Booth Move in:
You are responsible for moving your vehicle into & out of the convention center.
Our show Manager will assist you in directing the location of your vehicle inside the convention center.
***Your vehicle needs to have a quarter tank of gas or less upon arrival. This is a Fire Marshal requirement for vehicles that are displayed inside buildings***
12pm – 9pm
Vehicles and Exhibitors may move in vehicles and booth materials. This day will be a more relaxed move in where you will be able to pick your premium location, order carpet, set up a vehicle display if you have one, and have more time to prepare your vehicle for the show. Premium locations will be given to vehicles that arrive on this day.
6am – 8am
Vehicles and vendors may move in during this time frame. No materials will be able to be purchased the day of. Since this is going to be such a fast pace move in to get all the vehicles in place your location will be determined onsite by an event staff member. No one will get to pick their location on this day. The drive in roll-up doors will close directly at 8:00 am, so your vehicle needs to be in line ready to enter the hall no later than 7:45 am.
Vendor Badge: When you arrive with your car to set-up, stop by the Vendor Check-in Booth for your vendor badge! This will allow you access in and out of the venue. Don’t lose it! We cannot replace it.
VIP Badges: You will be picking up your allotment of VIP Badges when you check in with your vehicle. You will be given your Vendor Badge and VIP badges at this time. You will be in charge of giving your VIP Badges to your guests.
Vehicle Booth Move Out:
5pm – 9pm
Vehicle and Exhibitor move out will begin directly following the event.
***All vehicles and event materials must be removed from the facility no later than 9pm on the same night.***
2020 Official Detailer Sponsorship is available!
$2500. You receive the official detailer sponsorship with your information placed in the vehicle & vendor packets and your logo on the expo entrance unit. Contact us today if you would like to process with this sponsorship.
Vehicle Display Floor Covering
You can rent carpet from our EXPO Service Contractor, or you can bring your own carpet or floor covering for vehicle display. Please see Vehicle Information Packet below for pricing.
This packet contains Pricing & Information for additional items you may want to purchase for your vehicle area. Carpet, Wifi & Electricity.

Awards ceremony will be at approx 4 pm.
If you haven’t registered your vehicle through the Park up Front App or our website, please click the ‘register here’ button below, and fill out the registration form. We will be in contact with you if your vehicle is approved. Please keep in mind, if your vehicle is approved, a charity donation to the Pariso Cancer Charity will need to be made. More information on how to donate will come with your approval email.
